Facial......?

how do you give yourself a homemade facial?|||it depends on the type of facial ingredients and so for , you want it to have all natural ingredients no persatives either.








Also with homemade ones your mostly get some type of allergies then professional products.|||Avocado mashed up.


OR a blend of Strawberries and ground Oatmeal.


They%26#039;ve worked great on me and smell good too.|||clean

As simple as that. 3-5 minutes once a wk wil keep you pimple free.|||Find a very good mask - (deep cleans/pores) try all natural.


Use a hydrating wash, toner and day cream


You can add toner [witch hazel] to a small spritz bottle-





Wash face with hydrating soap -


apply a very heated wet clean wash cloth to face.


For extra warmth (micro it a few seconds) repeat.





Lay on sofa with warm tea bags on eyes.


Repeat the wash cloth.





Add mask - lay down with cucumbers


pat dry- spritz on toner let dry and add a very natural hydrating face cream [not with mineral oil]





Have fun.|||oil skin masque:


1 strawberries: in a shallow dish,crush four or five ripe red strawberries. Add one table spoon of plain yougurt. apply to face. cut another berry in half and place , cut side down, on each eye.


2 cucumbers: slice cumbers in thin rounds. place them on your cheeeks,nose forehead,chin and eyes.


3 lemon oatmeal: in a processor or blender, make a paste of oatmeal, almonds and lemon juice. cover face and throat





dry skin masques:





1 avocado: mash the pulp of a ripe avocado into a fine paste. apply to face and neck


2 honey and egg: combine, ina cup, one table spoon of honey and the yolk of an egg. add a few drops of olive oil. stir and apply to face and neck.





normal/ combination skin masques:





1 if you have a combination of types of skin , use two types of masques. one for the oily skin to be applied in the t-zone , and one for dry or normal skin for the cheeks and other dry areas


2 any of the followingwill make a fine refreshing masque. crushed papaya, cottage cheese, yougurt,sour crean buttermilk.|||Ok I dont know if you have ever heard of this but Kitty Litter works really good! Make sure you buy the non-clumping %26amp; no additives kind. Just mix the litter with water (just enough to make a paste) then apply it to your face and let it dry. Rinse well. This deep cleans and rejuvenates your skin :)
