What is an inexpensive facial moisturizer that won't cause breakouts?

I have dry skin, but every time I use a moisturizer I break out. I%26#039;ve gotten recommendations on products to use but they%26#039;re all 15 - 20 dollars a bottle and as a starving college student I can%26#039;t afford that. Any recommendations that won%26#039;t break the bank?|||Try neutrogena or clinique|||Any products that have the term %26quot;non cosmodonic%26quot; sp?, do not clog pores. I am not sure of specific brands but at least that is one way to choose a mosturizer.
