What kind of facial product should I use?

I have normal skin, but my cheeks are always invaded with small unnoticable pimple-things. I%26#039;m currently using Oil-Free Acne Solution by Neutrogena, but it makes the skin on my cheeks and around my nose dry and flaky. Any ideas?|||it%26#039;s probably too much for your skin. when you are dehydrated your skin will crave moisture but it cant make water so it will make more oil to compensate, and your cheeks are the most sensitive area so that is why they are flaking. I would get a cream cleanser and a gentle enzyme to dissolve away the dirt and oil with out dehydrating you|||biore. its the only way to go.|||shave it might help
