What's best way to remove excess facial hair from a 96 yr old woman?

I know an elderly woman that%26#039;s 96 years old. She has a lot of excess facial hair. I don%26#039;t dare use wax because it would probably tear her skin. Any suggestions? Thanks.|||Who does she have to impress?
