When removing facial hair, what on earth is threading and how does it work?

My class mate says she does it, and i have no idea what she in on about!|||Threading%26#039;s an old way to remove hair. It continues to be practiced by many in the Eastern part of the world. Unwanted hair is removed from the roots with the use of a cotton thread by trained practitioners. Today, threading hair removal is the hottest method of facial hair removal and continues to grow in popularity in the U.S. and worldwide. The origins of threading is not clear, with some claiming it began in India, the Middle East or China. However, threading can cut the skin, even if done by experienced threading practitioners.





Personally I don%26#039;t fancy it %26amp; waxing hurts like a bugger with the redness lasting for a good few hours. I%26#039;ve found a thing called the %26quot;silky mitt%26quot; its a mini epilating strip sold in boots/superdrug etc, really cheap, doesn%26#039;t hurt %26amp; does the job great. Check it out.|||forget about threading and think about waxing its less painful and more effective.|||Threading kills!!! I wouldn%26#039;t recommend it. Why don%26#039;t you try using wax?|||You use a small piece of thread (cotton or similar). I think its doubled and moved over your skin in a twisting manner. The thread is supposed to pull the unwanted hair out as it twists and turns over your skin.
