What is a good (and affordable) facial cleanser that keeps the PH of the skin in balance?

I am currently using Phisoderm, but it contains salicylic acid, which is drying out my skin. I am looking for something under $15.|||A really good one is Cetaphil.|||Just try to find something that is unscented and detergent/soap free.|||Cetaphil...won%26#039;t dry...won%26#039;t make ur skin oily|||Try Cetaphil or Aveeno.|||Try Alloette, its awesome! The aloe in it helps balance your skin and its the only over the counter face cleanser that can penetrate beneath the skin and just doesn%26#039;t sit on top of the dead skin. Good Luck!|||Noxema|||I like to use Neutrogena Facial cleansing bar soap. It contains no harsh detergents, dyes or hardeners. It removes excess oil and then rinses clean鈥搘ithout leaving any pore-clogging residue. Its about $3 to $4. It doesn%26#039;t dry out my skin.|||http://uma.chanel.com/product.php?chnprd鈥?/a>
