What type of webcams can you put facial animations on for?

I%26#039;m looking around at Target and Walmart for cheap webcams bc my current one is cheap and isn%26#039;t compatible with Windows Vista. I want to get a new one that has facial animation features that follow your face, but I can%26#039;t tell which ones have it.|||i have a logitech quickcam ultra vision (im not sure if all logitechs have this) and it has lots of facial animations..like you can click on a shark and instead of the cam showing u it will show the shark smiling when u smile or frowning when u frown..etc..or u can just add something simple to u like a crown or mustache...when u get the cam theres only about 20 of those effects preset but they have like 100s if u go to the website and download them free :)
