Ok came back...checked my bookmarks for you since I have a couple of my fav free ebook sites booked and I FOUND IT FOR YOU! Will put link below...hope you enjoy! (and you might want to check out some of the other books too!!!).

Here are a few facial recipes that popped out at me as being interesting to try;

ENCHANTED GARDEN MASK

The enzymes in the papaya help soften skin by removing dead surface cells.

1/2 papaya

1/2 tsp. lemon or lime juice

1 tsp. honey

Mash the ingredients together. Apply to clean face, leave on for 10 minutes,

then rinse well.

Honey Almond Scrub

2 Tbsp almonds

2 tsp milk

1/2 tsp flour

1/2 tsp honey

Grind almonds in a blender. Add milk, flour and honey, mixing until a

thick paste is formed. Rub into skin, rinse with warm water followed

by the pH balancer.

OATMEAL-CITRUS SCRUBBING GRAINS

1 C. dried orange and lemon peel

1 C. cooked oatmeal

1 C. blanched almonds

Place peels, oats, and almonds in a blender and whirl until the mixture is a

fine powder. Store powder in an attractive container in the bathroom.

To use, place a bit of the grains in the palm of your hand and moisten with a few drops of warm tap water. Rub the paste onto your face with a gentle circular and upward motion. Rinse off with tepid water and pat dry. You can

finish your cleansing by rinsing your face with one of the facial rinsing lotions or smoothing on a facial cream.

And I really want to try this when I have some rose bushes blooming in a couple months...sounds lovely! ;

ROSE PETAL STEAM FACIAL

1 pot fresh water

1 handful rose petals

Boil the water, then remove from heat and toss in the rose petals. Steep 5 minutes, so rose oils diffuse into water. Lean over pot at least 10 inches from surface and drape towel over head. Close eyes; steam 5 minutes with

breaks as needed. Rinse with cool water, then pat dry.|||look on google|||u can type in oatmeal facial recipes or honey facial reciepes in ur search box or simple home made reciepes|||Homemade Exfoliating Facial and Body Scrub:

One of the soap stars was telling how she uses this as one of her secret facial routines...

1-100 servings 1-100 faces 11 min 1 min prep

1/2 teaspoon glue (NOT Super Glue, just the regular white school glue)

warm water

Apply a thin layer of regular white school glue (we use Elmer%26#039;s), over your nose or any other problem area where you are prone to get blackheads.

Let dry completely (approx. 10 min).

Once dry gently peel away glue -- this will lift off any dry skin, and pull out blackheads -- honestly!

Rinse with warm water.

Oaty Milk Facial

This makes your skin feel very soft, it is gentle and not messy. For a dry or sensitive skin use cream or olive oil as a binder, for an oily skin the yogurt. I have a dry skin and I like the cream best, and as that usually comes out of the fridge it makes a nice cool facial. If you have any left, treat your hands as well!

1 facial mask 10 min 10 min prep

2 tablespoons oats

1 tablespoon dried powdered milk, skimmed, full, goat or buttermilk

cream, olive oil or yogurt

Grind the oats, I use my coffee grinder, mix with milk powder.

Use enough of the chosen binder to make a paste that is to your liking.

Put on your face and neck, leave for 20 minutes.

After the 20 minutes, gently massage your face for a minute or so, then rinse of with warm water.

If you like this mask, make a larger batch, 10 tablespoons oats, and 5 tablespoons milk.

Store in a jar, when you make it for a gift, attach a little card with instructions.

Peppermint %26amp; Rosemary Facial Steam

Pour boiling water in a large bowl, and let cool slightly befor adding the oils.

Add oils.

Put face over bowl and cover head with a towel.

Allow vapors to steam skin and accumulate for 10 minutes.

Moisturizing Banana Facial Mask

Banana softens and moisturizes. If you have an oily skin replace the honey and water for yogurt.

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon honey

4-5 tablespoons ground oats or almonds

mineral water, if necessary

Mash the banana, add the honey, oats and some water to get a good consistency, use your own judgment.

Spread the banana mix on to a damp face and neck, put cucumber slices on your eyelids and relax for 15 to 20 minutes.

Rinse off with lukewarm water.

Deep Facial Honey %26amp; Oatmeal Cleanser:

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon oatmeal

2 slices cucumbers

Mix Honey and oatmeal together till thick use more of one or the other as needed and apply as a face-pack.

Place slices on eyes.

Leave on and rest for half an hour then wash off.

Strawberry Facial Mask

Found this in The Complete Guide to Natural Healing. %26quot;Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, which perks up tired skin, giving it a fresh healthy look. They also contain sulfur, which has cleansing and anti-inflammatory properties that help to remove impurities from skin surface and reduce redness and swelling. Because of its antibacterial action, honey is often used in cosmetics, helping to disinfect and heal minor blemishes.%26quot; I like using this mask because it makes my face feel so soft and I still get some zits at 27 years old and I think it helps heal them faster. Homemade facials are also much cheaper.

1-2 facials 2 min 2 min prep

4-5 medium very ripe strawberries

2 teaspoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon honey

1. Rinse strawberries in water and dry with a paper towel.

2. In a small bowl, mash strawberries with a fork.

3. Add the cream and honey, and mix well.

4. Apply the paste generously to the face and throat, keeping it away from the eyes.

5. Relax and enjoy pampering yourself! Leave the mask on for 20-30 minutes.

%26quot;Contraindications: People with sensitive or sunburned skin could have an adverse reaction to strawberries. Test on a small area first to assess your skins reaction.%26quot;.|||Try going to the Body and Soul website. Its a magazine that I get every couple of months and it recently shared recipes for a number of different kinds of facials. Its a great magazine!|||http://www.ultimate-cosmetics.com/homema鈥?/a>
