What is the best facial cleanser for oily skin?

I need a facial cleanser that could kill bacteria from preventing acne, wash away face oil, and is gentle and affordable. I%26#039;ve tried Proactiv but it doesn%26#039;t seem to work for me.





And also, is there a product that could prevent oil? Like an oil control thing?
