What is the best otc facial moisturizer and cleanser?

My esthetician thinks I have the beginning signs of rosacea. I currently just wash my face with bar soap in the shower every day. (I don%26#039;t wear make-up). She said I really need to be using a cleanser and moisturizer daily. She, of course, recommended hers, but said I could try some otc products. Does anyone know what brands/types would be best?|||I love olay. Especially regenerist!|||Aveeno is a great stuff.
